About 2 months ago, Sprint's email-to-sms gateway started replacing carriage-returns with spaces. Does anyone know anything about that or know of a work-around? i.e. a special character or string that would force a CRLF in the message displayed on the phone?

Lori, that's a good question. Lots of companies use 5-digit \"short
codes\" to make it easier to send texts to them. To use one, just enter
that 5-digit code as the recipient instead of the 10-digit code you'd
use when sending a message to a friend's phone number.
